Admission Procedure & Related Information

Dear Parent/s,
Thank you for considering Hill Spring International School’s IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) – Gr XI for your child/ward.
Please note that the Admission Procedure will be an on-going PROCESS until acceptance/ decline of admission.
The process will continue till the limited number of vacancies in the IBDP section gets filled.
For every round that you complete/ qualify you will receive an email notification which will direct you further with reference links and guidelines.
Below stated is an overview of the Admission Procedure to IBDP Gr XI and related information.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE TO IBDP Gr XI

1) Registration - Online

  • You will be required to fill in the online Registration Form.
  • A payment of Rs. 6000 will be charged at the time of registration which is non-refundable.
  • On completion of the Registration Process you will receive an acknowledgement notification email with a Registration Receipt, guidelines and related link to the ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM.
Please note:
  • Registration does not guarantee admission.
  • If you are using your company-provided email ID for the registration, then make sure that our email address admission@hsieducation.org and the domain hsieducation.org are whitelisted by your company's IT Dept.
  • Add the email address admission@hsieducation.org to your email contacts list, to avoid any issues with receiving the emails from our system.

2) Filling & Submission of the Admission Application Form – Online.

  • Submission by Wednesday, 17th July 2024
  • Click here to refer the guidelines before proceeding with submission of an online admission application form.

3) Submission of Documents

List of documents to be submitted at the school when students report for the entrance test on any of the following dates:
  • A COLOR PRINTOUT OF THE ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM (filled online)
  • SELF –ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES OF
  •           A. BIRTH CERTIFICATE
              B. CONSOLIDATED MARKSHEETS OF– GRADE 8 AND 9
  • VISITING CARDS OF BOTH PARENTS
  • 1 PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS OF PARENTS & STUDENT

The entrance test is scheduled on the following dates. Select the date of your preference.

Date Timings
Friday, 19th July 2024 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm
Saturday, 20th July 2024 9.30 am to 12.30 pm

Written evaluation in the curriculum covered up to Grade IX
a) Mathematics
b) English
c) i) Science - Physics / Chemistry / Biology (any one subject of student's choice)
OR
ii) Case study paper (this option is available only to those candidates who have not done any of the sciences for their board examinations.)

The duration of each test is 45 minutes.

4) Parent and Student Interaction.

  • You will receive an email with the Date & Timings for the interaction session with the admission committee.

5) Admission Acceptance / Admission Waitlist / Admission Regret

  • If selected, admission confirmation email will be sent and followed up by telephonic call as well.

6) Completion of Payment Procedure

  • Admission formalities on confirmation of admission must be completed on the date scheduled, failing which the admission will be withdrawn. It will be offered to the next eligible applicant candidate.
